Mitchell Merges

Mitchell is a dedicated sales manager with a strong background in the home building industry. He is passionate about helping clients find the right home solutions while guiding them through each step of the building journey. Known for his professionalism, industry knowledge, and customer-first approach, he takes pride in creating a seamless and positive experience for every buyer. Mitchell enjoys attending sporting events with friends and family and is a strong advocate for Chicago sports teams.

With more than 30 years of experience in the building materials and construction industry, Marvin has developed a comprehensive understanding of residential building products, project coordination, and customer relationship management. Beginning his career in lumber yard operations and material handling in 1994, he gained firsthand knowledge of building materials, logistics, and jobsite requirements before advancing into management roles and ultimately inside / outside sales. For over a decade as an Inside / Outside Sales Representative with Hines Building Supply, Marvin has partnered with contractors, builders, and project managers to provide lumber, engineered wood products, windows, doors, siding, decking, and exterior building products. His attention to detail, and commitment to customer service enable him to deliver accurate material orders, effective problem-solving, and seamless project support from planning through completion. Known for building long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and reliability, Marvin has established himself as a valued resource throughout the construction community.

Gabe Alfaro

Looking for lots of experience? You’re in luck−Gabe brings over 20 years to the table. He has worked in various positions during those years, honing his skills as a carpenter, electrician and general contractor. Each position encouraged creativity in design and led him to the next phase of his career. With over 15 years of experience designing custom decks, Gabe is truly an industry expert. Gabe speaks both Spanish and English and loves working with all types of customers to create the perfect outdoor living space.

Bryan is the Business Development Manager for Cabinetry at Hines Supply. He works closely with designers, builders, and vendor partners to strengthen the cabinetry division by expanding product offerings, enhancing sales programs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a strong background in cabinetry sales and business development, Bryan is passionate about helping customers find solutions that balance design, function, and value. He is committed to building strong relationships and supporting the continued success of Elevations by US LBM.

Jeff Topolinski

Being in the industry since 1983, Jeff is truly a seasoned kitchen and bath designer. He is known for deep product knowledge, innovative concepts and attention to detail. Jeff’s clients include homeowners, builders, remodelers, multi-unit project managers and commercial builders. He provides each with superior customer service and a true, creative spark that shines through in each of his designs. As a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), and a published designer, Jeff will bring an exceptional level of expertise to your next project.

Stacy Carsello

With a degree in Interior Design, Stacy brings over 10 years of kitchen and bath design experience to the table. Her projects vary from model homes to custom kitchens and even high-end condos. Stacy loves a challenge, whether that means working within a budget or adhering to specific room size limitations. She’s a strong believer that there is always a solution for her client’s needs and wishes. Stacy enjoys working on a variety of projects, from complex custom kitchens to value engineering multi-units. The key to her success is an unwavering dedication to customer service.

Brynn Neisler brings 27 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry and holds a degree in Art, giving her a strong foundation in both design and creativity. She specializes in multi-family, new construction, and remodel projects, helping clients navigate each stage of the design process with confidence. Brynn is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces and loves turning each client’s dream kitchen into a reality.

With over 30 years of experience in design, I have built a reputation for creating beautiful, functional spaces tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle and vision. I believe that every successful project begins with listening carefully to the clients’ needs and guiding them through every step of the design process with professionalism and care. I take pride in turning dream kitchens into spaces families will enjoy for years to come.

36 years in the industry. Graduate of Harrington Institute of Interior Design. My projects include custom kitchens, sculleries, bathrooms, bars, laundry rooms, outdoor kitchens or any other space that needs a little TLC.

Angela Achatz graduated from the College of DuPage in Fall 2022 with an Associate Degree in Interior Design and certifications in Computer Applications, Lighting, and Kitchen & Bath Design. A hands-on, creative problem solver, she has a lifelong passion for designing, renovating, and improving spaces.

Her diverse background includes experience in retail, public relations, architectural design, drafting, cabinet and stone sales, event management, and kitchen and bath design. Inspired by a natural curiosity for how spaces function and a desire to help others, she pursued interior design to create environments that are both beautiful and practical.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring her creativity through pottery, metal sculpture, painting, lapidary arts, sewing, cooking, and gardening. She is passionate about turning ideas into reality and helping clients create spaces that reflect their lifestyle, solve everyday challenges, and bring lasting enjoyment.
